We’re bringing together a group of visionary leaders for a panel discussion on how conscious businesses adapt, grow, and thrive through disruption. Our goal is to explore the real-world strategies and mindsets that help organizations not only survive but emerge stronger, all while staying true to their people and purpose.This conversation will feature Conscious Capitalism professionals sharing their thoughts and expertise, including Jordan Lemming, First United, Hussain Manjee, DHD Films, Susan Fojtasek, Improving and Renita Joyce Smith, Leap Forward Coaching and Consulting. The panel discussion will be moderated by CCD Programming Co-Chairs, Julie Morris, Persona Media and Chase W. Bryant, Wayne Human Capital.

What is CodeLaunch?
CodeLaunch is a startup accelerator and pitch competition that pairs early-stage tech founders with professional software development teams to help them build, launch, and showcase their products. It’s part high-energy pitch event, part live software hackathon—designed to connect innovators with the resources and exposure they need to grow. The World Championship will feature six finalists, including the winner from the LATAM event, the winner from Canada, and four finalists from the U.S. cohort.
